GENERAL POLICY

These terms and conditions are effective November 24, 2006 and supersede all other written or verbal terms whether implied or expressed. These terms and conditions are subject to change anytime at Custom Trucks Unlimited, sole discretion. Custom Trucks Unlimited does NOT warranty items sold by Custom Trucks Unlimited. All products sold individually or in packages are warranteed by the respective manufacturer of said product. Custom Trucks Unlimited. will-at its own discretion-assist customers in resolving warrantee issues with manufacturers if requested by the customer.

TERMS

All items must be paid for in full prior to shipment from Custom Trucks Unlimited. Custom Trucks Unlimited does not extend credit terms to customers unless customer is an authorized business that has been pre-approved by Custom Trucks Unlimited in advance. Approval must be received in writing from Custom Trucks Unlimited. in order for Custom Trucks Unlimited to honor credit terms.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted only for items that have not been installed or used or items that have a manufacturers defect. To return an item you must first call Custom Trucks Unlimited and obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and packaged in a manner to insure product protection.

RETURN PROCEDURE

New stock Returns or Warranty Items

1. A reason for the return and original invoice number on which the item was purchased, must be furnished to Custom Trucks Unlmited prior to issuance of a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), which is required for any return.

2. Upon issuance of an RMA#, arrangements to transport item(s) will be made.

3. Upon receipt and inspection of item(s), Custom Trucks Unlimited will issue credit accordingly or may deny the return as ineligible.

DISCLAIMER

Custom Trucks Unlimited is not liable for component failure. Customer installs products sold by Custom Trucks Unlimited at their own risk. Lifting a vehicle causes the center of gravity to be higher which results in an increased tendency for vehicle rollover. Customer agrees to indemnify Custom Trucks Unlimited and all persons employed by Custom Trucks Unlimited of any liability relating to products sold or recommended by Custom Trucks Unlimited. Pricing on this web-site are subject to change. Custom Trucks Unlimited will not be held liable for mis-prints or mistakes in pricing or part number listings.
